What counts as a change
A change is one approved edit applied to your store. One field, on one item, once. That's the unit the record uses, and it's how you should read every count on the site.
Some examples, so the unit is clear. Reducing AUTUMN30 from 30% to 15% is one change. Adding an end date to the same discount is a second change, even if you approved both on the same card. A new meta description for one product is one change. Eighteen alt texts approved in one batch are eighteen changes, because each one lands on a different image. A clearance offer pushed to your store as a coupon is one change.
Things that are not changes: a finding, which is something it noticed. A draft you discard, which never reaches your store. A report or a shortlist. A creative you approve, which is saved to your library in SalesBoto but isn't posted or published anywhere, so it doesn't touch your store.
Every change has a record: what it was, which skill made it, who approved it and when.
